The vibrant patchwork look playfully showcases all the technical production possibilities, while the large-scale patterns of the carpet tiles allow for surprisingly coordinated formations when laying. Textured three-dimensional patterns using tufted cut-loop technology create a balanced look, giving the space a natural feel and creating a comfortable, harmonious living or working atmosphere. Made from 100% recycled ECONYL® yarn and equipped with the innovative WELLTEX Circular® acoustic carpet tile backing, the popular collection styles are recyclable thanks to the advanced DUO technology – bringing us one step closer to the future.
WELLTEX Circular® backing – Superior acoustics and comfort
As part of the switch to the DUO technology, OBJECT CARPET has further optimized the WELLTEX tile backing that now comes with a double layer and an acoustic membrane to provide even better stability and acoustic properties. It noticeably reduces reverberation time and significantly lowers impact noise, considerably enhancing the comfort and architectural quality of a space. At the same time, the back construction – made from recycled polyester and bonded to the upper material using the environmentally friendly HOTMELT process – remains fully recyclable. This means: no binders, no fillers, no waste. The backing is also particularly light, which makes installation much easier. OBJECT CARPET thereby enables carpets to be returned to the material cycle without compromising on functionality or design. The NIAGA® hotmelt adhesive is also OEKO-TEX® 100 certified, ensuring it meets the highest standards for sustainability and is free from hazardous substances.
