The Bischoffs Hotel makes the guideline “Reinterpret the tried-andtested” to
reality. The former boarding-house became a 4*+ boutique hotel extended by
a variety of dining areas and connected spas. Existing elements of the
traditional brewery site in connection with modern architecture create a
special charm: modern velvety-black built-in furniture integrated in the
volumetric pattern of the building and comfortable POODLE carpet of a warm
beige colour give each room its individual character.
